Our entire branch network is also open in-store across Australia to provide you with full support for your travel needs (with the exception of some branches in Queensland & Tasmania which remain temporarily closed whilst we work through resuming face-to-face services).
Rest assured though that our team members who are affected by any temporary branch closure are also being redeployed (where possible) to support you to other branches and locations, including working from home. So if you can’t visit us in-store you can always contact us via phone and email at a minimum from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (with the exception of our store at Knox Westfield in Victoria which is currently trading from 10.00am to 3.00pm until further notice)
The safety and well-being of our people and our customers is our highest priority. We’ve taken preventative measures including employee travel restrictions, adherence to social distancing requirements and increased hygiene protocols such as the provision of in-store sanitiser stations in all branches to ensure that we remain available to help you with your travel needs.

We thank you for your support during this difficult time. As always, your health and safety will always be our highest priority.
