• Explore the temples of Abu Simbel, Experience the colossal majesty of the temples at Abu Simbel, built for Ramesses II and his wife Nefertari in the 13th century BC. The Ramesses temple entrance, guarded by four 20-metre-high statues, leads into the vast, beautiful underground halls, whose detailed artworks and imposing Osiris statues are humbling to behold.
