If this information is not provided within the specified timeframe, the booking may be cancelled. Any resulting expenses or penalties will be the responsibility of the customer.
Fitness to Travel:
Travellers must be 18 years of age or over to tour with Grand Pacific Tours (GPT). Every traveller is asked to complete a Good to Go Form as part of the administration of the tour booking. For the enjoyment and fairness of all travellers, GPT operates a daily seat rotation system which all travellers must participate in as a condition of booking. There is no exception to this policy and special consideration for an individual’s specific needs cannot be accommodated. The coach seat plan is displayed inside the coach for your reference.
Preparing for the unexpected is essential. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance at the time of booking to safeguard against unforeseen events, such as medical emergencies, flight cancellations, or lost luggage. Ensure you're fully protected for peace of mind throughout your journey.
