Welcome to Puglia. On arrival at Bari Airport or train station, you will be met and transferred privately to Trani. Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure to become acquainted with this attractive coastal town and its historic centre. Overnight at Palazzo Paciotti or similar.

At 10:00 AM, meet at Santa Teresa Church and head to the enigmatic Castel del Monte, the symmetrical stronghold of Frederick II and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After the guided tour, return to Trani for a wine experience dedicated to the renowned Moscato di Trani, including a guided tasting and an introduction to local wine traditions. The afternoon is free. At 6:00 PM, enjoy a sunset guided tour with an aperitif, visiting the Cathedral, the Jewish Quarter and the Villa Comunale. Check-out and departure from Santa Teresa Church. Enjoy a genuine hands-on session at a local dairy farm, where you'll prepare and savour traditional mozzarella and burrata Wrap up with a with a guided extra virgin olive oil tasting at a family-run mill. Arrival in Bari early afternoon and check-in at the hotel. At 6pm join the sunset guided tour of Bari Old Town from the Swabian Castle. Overnight stay in Bari at Hotel Boston or similar. (B)

Departure for Alberobello and a guided walk through the UNESCO-listed trulli district, meeting local artisans and hearing the stories behind these unique dry-stone houses. Continue to Polignano a Mare for tasting stops featuring traditional focaccia and the famous Polignano coffee, followed by a walking tour through the historic centre and its panoramic sea-view terraces. Return to Bari at approximately 2:00 pm. Overnight in Bari at Hotel Boston or similar. (B)

Morning travel to Matera, the extraordinary stone-carved city listed by UNESCO. Today join guided tour of the Sassi district, including a cave house, a rupestrian church and an Amaro Lucano tasting, with free time until early afternoon. Check-in at a boutique hotel in the heart of the Sassi. The rest of the day at leisure to explore Matera. Overnight stay at a 4-star boutique hotel in the Sassi district. (B)

Morning departure to Lecce and check-in at the hotel. Guided tour of the city often called “Florence of the South” enjoy elegant Baroque architecture carved in warm local stone, magnificent churches, hidden courtyards, Roman remains and lively squares, ending with a pleasant aperitif. In the afternoon, an authentic papier-mâché workshop introduces one of Lecce's most iconic artistic traditions, with a tasting of traditional coffee and pasticciotto. Overnight in Lecce at Hotel President or similar. (B)

Departure for Otranto, the easternmost town in Italy, explored aboard a traditional Ape Calessino-a small, three-wheeled Italian vehicle made by Piaggio the historic centre and the Cathedral with its extraordinary mosaic floor and sweeping views over the Adriatic. Continue to Gallipoli with free time for lunch, then an Ape Calessino ride through the old town to admire noble palaces, Baroque churches, picturesque streets and spectacular sea views. Return to Lecce in the evening. Overnight in Lecce at Hotel President or similar. (B)

Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. At 10 am transfer from Lecce to Bari Airport or Bari Centrale Railway Station. (B)
