From Helsinki, you’ll travel into Finnish Lapland to Ivalo, 250 km above the Arctic Circle, where you lie beneath your cabin’s glass roof at Aurora Village and watch for the green ribbons of the Northern Lights streaming overhead. At a working husky farm in Alta, eager barks break the stillness as you meet the world-famous champion sled dogs trained for Arctic racing. In Tromsø, you help the Indigenous Sámi community feed their reindeer, hearing soft snorts and the rustle of feed beside the herd.
