Your Itinerary
Day 1 - Home [Plane] San Antonio
Your journey begins with an international flight from your home airport to San Antonio, Chile. Upon arrival, make your own way to your 4-star hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to settle in and enjoy views of the Chilean coast. Perhaps take a walk along the harbor or explore the town's cafes and local markets. This evening is yours to relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.

After breakfast, make your own way to the cruise terminal to board the Norwegian Star. Settle into your stateroom and explore the ship's amenities, from lounges and pools to dining options. Attend the mandatory safety drill and enjoy the Welcome Dinner and live evening entertainment as you begin your southbound voyage.
Your first full day at sea allows you to explore the ship's facilities and unwind. Perhaps enjoy breakfast on deck, lounge by the pool, or attend an onboard lecture about Patagonia and Antarctica. In the evening, sample fine dining options and enjoy live music or theater performances.
Day 4 - Puerto Montt, Chile [Ship]
Cruise into Puerto Montt, a charming coastal city and the gateway to Chile's Lake District. While the ship remains at port, admire views of the surrounding mountains and fjords. Optional shore excursions include visiting nearby lakes, exploring local towns, or sampling fresh seafood. Return onboard in the afternoon for onboard dining and evening entertainment.
Sail through the southern Chilean fjords. Keep an eye out for seabirds and dolphins, and attend onboard lectures about Patagonia's geography and wildlife. Enjoy the ship's amenities throughout the day and evening, including fine dining, entertainment, and themed activities.
Another full day at sea to relax and enjoy onboard activities. Participate in Antarctic-themed lectures, cooking demonstrations, or fitness classes. Spend time on deck spotting wildlife or simply enjoy the views. Evening entertainment continues with shows, music, and themed dining.
Day 7 - Ushuaia, Argentina [Ship]
Arrive in Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world. Take in the surrounding mountains and waterways from the ship's deck. Optional shore excursions include Beagle Channel cruises, visiting Tierra del Fuego National Park, or exploring local museums. Return onboard for dinner and evening entertainment.
Day 8 - Cape Horn [Ship] Drake Passage
Sail past legendary Cape Horn (conditions permitting). Stand on deck to photograph this dramatic, windswept headland. The rest of the day is spent crossing the Drake Passage, with onboard lectures and wildlife spotting opportunities. Evening entertainment continues onboard.
Day 9 - Schollaert Channel, Antarctica [Ship]
Cruise through Antarctica's Schollart Channel. Marvel at iceberg-dotted waters, snowcapped peaks, and sprawling glaciers. All Antarctic stops are scenic; you remain onboard. Decks provide spectacular views for photography and wildlife observation.
Day 10 - Paradise Bay, Antarctica [Ship]
Sail past Paradise Bay, famous for towering ice cliffs and mirror-calm waters. Observe penguins, seals, and seabirds from the deck. Onboard guides provide insights into Antarctic geography, wildlife, and history. Evening includes fine dining and entertainment.
Relax onboard as the ship sails north. Attend lectures about Antarctica, enjoy spa treatments, or claim a deck chair to watch the horizon. Evening entertainment features shows, live music, and specialty dining.
Day 12 - Port Stanley, Falklands [Ship]
Cruise into Port Stanley, the capital of the Falklands. Observe colorful cottages, windswept landscapes, and local wildlife from the ship. Optional excursions may include town exploration, museum visits, or wildlife tours. Return onboard for dinner and evening activities.

Day 14 - Puerto Madryn, Argentina [Ship]
Cruise into Puerto Madryn, gateway to Península Valdés. Observe the coast from the ship or join optional excursions to see sea lions, penguins, and other wildlife. Return onboard for dinner and evening shows.

Day 16 - Montevideo, Uruguay [Ship]
Cruise into Montevideo, Uruguay's charming capital. Observe the waterfront rambla, colonial streets, and seaside viewpoints from the ship. Optional excursions may explore historic neighborhoods or local markets. Return onboard for dinner as the cruise nears its conclusion.
Day 17 - [Ship] Buenos Aires, Argentina [Bus]
Disembark the Norwegian Star and make your own way to your 4-star hotel in Buenos Aires. Spend the day exploring the city at your leisure — visit San Telmo, Palermo, or Recoleta, or enjoy a café and soak in the local atmosphere. Evening is free to dine independently.
Day 18 - Buenos Aires [Plane] Home
After breakfast at your hotel, make your own way to the airport for your return flight home. Reflect on your unforgettable journey through Patagonia, the Falklands, Antarctic waters, Uruguay, and Argentina, taking with you memories of breathtaking landscapes, wildlife, and coastal cities.
