Overview
Get the family together for an action-packed adventure from Cape Town to Botswana, filled with wildlife, local culture and time outdoors. 1. FAMILY TRIPS: Please note that these trips are for adults and children travelling together and there must be at least one child under 18 with you.
2. MINIMUM AGE: The minimum age for children on this trip is 6 years old.
3. CHILD PRICE: Children aged 17 years and under at time of travel on this trip, are eligible to receive 20% off the full price.
4. SINGLE SUPPLEMENT: A single supplement is available for adults wishing to have a private room to themselves. The single supplement applies to all nights excluding Day 11 (Makgadikgadi Pans Sleep Out between June to October), and is subject to availability. Please speak to your booking agent for further information.
5. PASSPORT DETAILS: Please provide your full name exactly as per passport at the time of booking (including any middle names listed on your passport), for included flight tickets. Ticketing fees may apply for amendments to details within 45 days of departure, and in some cases you will be required to cover the cost of issuing a new ticket.
6. COMPLIMENTARY ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TRANSFERS: A complimentary airport arrival transfer is included; valid if you are arriving on Day 1 or if you have booked pre-tour accommodation through us. Please see trip itinerary for more information and ensure flight details are provided to your booking agent at least 14 days prior to travel. A complimentary airport transfer is also provided which can be arranged through the hotel in Maun during your stay.
7. DOCUMENTS: It is a requirement that all children aged 17 or under travel with an original or certified copy of their full, unabridged birth certificate when entering or leaving the country. Any parents who aren't travelling will need to provide a legal document giving their consent for the child to travel.
