Cruise Ohiwa Harbour and shuck oysters at a Maori-owned and operated oyster farm. In Rotorua, receive a traditional welcome at an Ohinemutu marae, then maybe go whitewater rafting or soak in a warm mineral pool. Follow the curves of the Forgotten World Highway to the famously independent Republic of Whangamomona.
