1. FAMILY TRIPS: Please note that these trips are for adults and children travelling together and there must be at least one child under 18 with you.
2. CHILD AGE: Minimum age for children on this trip is 5 years old unless otherwise approved by Intrepid.
3. CHILD PRICE: From 30 October 2025, children aged 17 years and under at time of travel on this trip, are eligible to receive 20% off the full adult price, for all departures commencing on or after 1 January 2026.

5. TRANSFERS: If you have prebooked arrival transfer with us, please read Joining Point Instructions in Essential Trip Information document for exact details. Your transfer may include a water taxi, or a car taxi, and you may be required to walk for a short distance from the end point of the transfer route to your hotel.
6. NOTE: Venice will implement a visitor’s fee for all travellers visiting the city between 18 April and 27 July 2025. 03 April 2026 and 26 July 2026 This fee is not payable by Intrepid customers, however you will need to apply for an exemption before arrival at https://cda.comune.venezia.it/en/richiestaEsenzione.
