We act as your agent and we facilitate your booking as an agent. While we manage the booking process and receive payment for our services, the actual travel services - such as flights, accommodation, and tours - are provided by third-party suppliers. Your contract for these services is with the respective supplier, and their terms and conditions apply.

Packages are tailored and unique: Each travel package is customised to your preferences, including travel dates, upgrades, and inclusions. Because of this, bookings are not interchangeable and must be used as a complete package.

Changes may be restricted: Once confirmed, changes to your booking may not be possible. If changes are allowed, they may incur additional fees. It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are accurate before finalising your purchase.

Packages are non-divisible: Travel packages must be used in full. Individual components (e.g., flights or hotel stays) cannot be separated or used independently.

Refunds are limited: Most travel services are non-refundable due to the terms set by our suppliers. This allows us to offer competitive pricing. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against unforeseen changes or cancellations. Note: Once you have paid in full a cancellation fee equivalent to $2,500 per person applies to all package bookings.
