This evening, dinner at Table Rock Restaurant perched right beside the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, which is one of the most extraordinary dining settings imaginable.   The Niagara Parks Power Station’s spectacular sight and sound night show follows, a theatrical tribute to the power that once lit a continent.
