Begin your day with hydrating morning rituals, rejuvenating breathing exercises, and a freshly squeezed juice delivered to your door, followed by gourmet coffee or tea. Then join a yoga session with wellness expert Marcos Jassan, whose approach blends classical yoga philosophy with contemporary language and lifestyle, making practices accessible yet deeply meaningful. After a relaxing morning, enjoy quiet contemplation in the Observation Lounge, then visit the gym for Pilates, guided stretching, or aerial-style movement before slipping into the Vitality Pool or heading to the Sky Bar for a sunset drink.

As evening falls, let the soothing ambience of the yacht and the grounding techniques you’ve learned support a night of deep, restorative rest.

Greet the day with Sunrise Yoga led by Marcos Jassan, welcoming the morning light with gentle, flowing movements that harmonise body and mind. Drawing on his background in architecture, philosophy, and history, Marcos weaves awareness of posture and alignment into each practice, creating a grounded yet uplifting start to the day. Expand your perspective at the Lecture Series, then immerse yourself in holistic rejuvenation in the Senses Spa, where you might choose a luxurious ESPA facial# followed by quiet time in the Vitality Lounge. Then, join a calisthenics session to build strength and tone, or explore culinary inspiration in a masterclass where you’ll discover delicious, nutritious recipes that support vibrant health. Attend an engaging wellness lecture in the theatre to deepen your understanding of sleep, recovery, and overall balance.  

Then, as night falls, whether you stay up late or retreat early to the library with a calming specialty tea, the evening is yours to shape.
